POWER & CONTROL // ENGINEERED BY BIEMME

Industry · Commercial buildings · Building automation

Electrical control panels.
From design to testing.

We design, build and test electrical control panels for machines, industrial plants and commercial building systems. We can manage the entire project—from electrical engineering and component supply to wiring and final verification—or manufacture panels from the customer’s drawings and materials.

Three-section industrial electrical control panel

01 // ENGINEERING

Engineering that considers the whole system.

A control panel cannot be separated from the machine or plant it serves. Schematics, components, protection, automation, wiring and software form one coordinated system.

Depending on the scope, BieMme supports requirements analysis, electrical design, component sizing and selection, bills of materials, manufacturing, verification and documentation. We also design for installation, maintenance and future integration with PLCs, drives, communications and supervision.

02 // COMPLETE SUPPLY OR MANUFACTURING ONLY

A complete project.
Or precisely the phase you need.

01

Complete supply

One technical partner from the bill of materials to a panel ready for installation.

  • Technical analysis and electrical design
  • Component selection and sizing
  • Bill of materials, procurement and enclosure
  • Assembly, wiring and labelling
  • Verification, testing and final documentation
02

Contract panel manufacturing

Already have a design? We turn your schematics, specifications and bill of materials into a wired, verified panel.

  • Components fully supplied by the customer
  • Partial component supply by BieMme
  • Single panels, prototypes or repeat production

03 // TWO SECTORS, ONE METHOD

Industry and commercial buildings.

INDUSTRY

Machines and plants

We integrate PLCs, drives, power supplies, protection devices, relays, I/O, measuring instruments, Ethernet and fieldbus, HMIs and supervision as required by the design.

Machinery · Refrigeration · HVAC · Food & Beverage · Process · Pumping

BUILDINGS

Building services and technology

Electrical distribution, lighting, HVAC, pumps, plant rooms, energy management, KNX and supervisory systems.

Industrial engineering discipline applied to buildings: clarity, identification, diagnostics and integration.

04 // BUILT TO BE MAINTAINED

Every detail is part of the system.

We do more than assemble components. We build a system that must be installed, tested, maintained and adapted throughout its service life.

05 // TESTED. VERIFIED. DOCUMENTED.

Testing you can document.

At the end of manufacturing we perform checks and instrument tests according to the panel type, the design and the applicable verification scope. A test report can record the measurements performed.

Protective conductor continuity
Checks of protective circuits and equipotential connections.

Insulation resistance
Measurements between circuits and to earth under the applicable test conditions.

Dielectric tests and residual voltage
When required for the specific panel type.

Functional verification
Checks of devices, commands, indications and correspondence with schematics.

Tests performed can be collected in an instrument report associated with the project.

06 // TRACEABILITY

A control panel is also information.

Schematics, identifiers, components, terminals and test records must make the completed system understandable.

Depending on the supply scope, this documentation accompanies the panel and supports installation, maintenance and future modifications.

07 // FROM PANEL TO CLOUD

From panel to control.
From control to Cloud.

We can deliver a panel built to your design, or continue through automation and commissioning.

PANEL→PLC→Ltouch→LTcloud

PLC software, drives, Modbus and industrial networks, remote I/O, Ltouch HMI, LTcloud, start-up and service can all form part of the same project.

The team building the panel also understands what it must control.

08 // YOUR DESIGN. OUR PRODUCTION.

Manufacturing capacity for engineering teams.

Entrust only the production phase to us. We receive drawings and specifications and organise material receipt, checking, assembly, wiring, labelling, tests and delivery.

A solution for machine builders, automation companies, electrical designers, installers, general contractors and businesses with in-house engineering teams.

BEYOND THE PANEL

One continuous technical workflow.

Our scope can also cover machine and plant wiring, field devices, communication networks, commissioning, verification and start-up.

09 // FAQ

Essential answers.

Do you build panels from customer drawings?

Yes. We can manage the full project or only assembly and wiring from schematics and specifications supplied by the customer.

Can you use customer-supplied components?

Yes. The customer can supply all components or we can provide part of the materials.

Do you also work on commercial buildings?

Yes. We build panels for industrial machines and plants as well as building services, HVAC and electrical distribution.

What tests do you perform?

Depending on the panel and supply scope: protective-conductor continuity, insulation, dielectric and residual-voltage tests, and functional checks where applicable.

Can you integrate automation too?

Yes. We can develop PLC and HMI software, integrate drives, fieldbus, Ltouch and LTcloud, and support commissioning.

Do you provide field wiring?

When included in the project, the scope can extend to connections on the machine and throughout the plant.
